Founder and Managing Attorney
Crystal S. Wright is the founder and managing attorney of Crystal Wright Law, LLC, a boutique family law practice based in the United States with an international reach. She is an International Custody Expert, with over a decade of experience. Crystal focuses on complex custody litigation and high-stakes divorce matters for high-net and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and private clients navigating emotionally and financially intricate family transitions.
Crystal is known for her strategic, discreet, and client-centered approach to family law. She regularly advises affluent clients—including business owners, executives, and professionals— on matters involving child custody, asset protection, support obligations, and parenting plans that intersect with multi-jurisdictional or legacy planning considerations.
Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2013 and a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Crystal has become a trusted advisor to families whose legal matters require both sensitivity and precision. She collaborates closely with financial advisors, forensic accountants, and mental health professionals to ensure a holistic strategy aligned with her clients’ long-term goals.

Erin Willoughby

Erin Willoughby is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, legitimation, and related domestic relations matters. She brings more than fifteen years of legal experience to the firm, along with a reputation for compassionate advocacy, meticulous preparation, and skillful negotiation.
Erin’s extensive background in litigation, client counseling, and conflict resolution gives her a distinctive ability to help clients navigate emotionally charged family law matters with clarity and confidence. She is known for her empathetic listening, calm professionalism, and commitment to achieving practical, positive outcomes for her clients and their families.
Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Appalachian State University. She is a licensed member of the State Bar of Georgia and actively involved in the Bleckley Inn of Court, Clayton County Bar Association, and Atlanta Bar Association.
Mehwish Merchant-Noorani
Pre-Bar Associate
Mehwish Merchant-Noorani is a Pre-Bar Associate at Crystal Wright Law, dedicated to guiding clients through family law matters with skill and compassion. She earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2020, where she served as a Licensed Legal Intern and Certified Professional Legal Researcher.
With extensive experience as a paralegal and legal assistant in both Georgia and Texas, Mehwish has worked on divorce, custody, legitimation, and child support cases. She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Gujarati, enabling her to serve a diverse client base with care and understanding.
While awaiting licensure in Georgia, Mehwish supports the firm’s attorneys by drafting pleadings, conducting research, and assisting clients through every stage of their case. Her dedication to excellence and service makes her a valued member of the Crystal Wright Law team.
